Studio Policies


All waxing services are covered by a 3-day performance guarantee. If we fail to remove all unwanted hair while performing a service for a client, we will gladly touch up the serviced area and/or redo a waxing service performed by the original Esthetician at no charge.
*In the event that the third day falls on a day that we are closed, we will perform the service the next working day.


If you are more than 7 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule all or part of your appointment. When you know you’re going to be running late, we encourage you to call and let us know so that we can adjust schedules accordingly.


We know that things can sometimes come up unexpectedly. If a cancellation or reschedule is made within 24 hours of your appointment time, a fee of 50% may apply.


Clients who repeatedly miss appointments without properly canceling may be restricted to walk-in only status (no pre-booked appointments) or discharged from the studio.


Only the client and the esthetician are allowed in the waxing room while an intimate service is being performed.
Minors (under the age 18) must have a parent sign consent to have their service(s). Clients 15 years or younger may be accompanied in the waxing room by their parent or legal guardian. We ask the parents observe only and avoid interfering in the service procedure.


We also strongly advise not to bring small children to our studio. For safety and health reasons, they may not be left alone in the front waiting room. To ensure their safety, they must always be in a car seat or stroller while accompanying you to the treatment room. Our goal is to ensure that both our clients and their children remain safe and healthy. We understand that parents bring their children in certain circumstances.
