How long should my hair be before I can get waxed?
1/4-1/2 inch long. This is usually 3 weeks of hair growth if you are currently shaving.
Is there anything I should do to prepare for waxing so I am comfortable?
Yes. Taking ibuprofen at least 30 minutes before your service.
Can I get waxed on my period?
Yes, just be aware that you may feel more sensitive than if you were not. We also require you to wear a tampon for bikini/Brazilian services.
Can I still get waxed while pregnant?
Yes, you may feel sensitivity more than usual.
How often should I wax?
Every 4-6 weeks.
Can I shave between wax appointments?
No, we highly discourage shaving in between!
Are there any age restrictions on waxing?
Minors (under the age of 18) must have a parent sign consent to have their service(s).
What can I expect afterward?
The skin may be red for up to 24 hours and tender for up to a couple of days. This all depends on your skin’s sensitivity. We advise taking Ibuprofen to decrease inflammation and skin sensitivity.
Can I tan before or after my wax?
You should wait 48 hours before and after your wax to tan.
