Pre Wax Tips

-Stop Shaving 2-3 Weeks Before Your Wax
-Letting your hair grow out will help get a better grip and results.
-Exfoliate Before Your Appointment
-Exfoliate 2-3 times a week consistently (not day of appointment). This will help remove dead skin and will help loosen the hair follicles making for a more comfortable wax.
-Help with discomfort
*If discomfort concerns you, especially if it’s your first time, take ibuprofen 30 minutes before your appointment.*

Post Wax Tips

-Do Nots
-No hot baths, showers, or saunas for 48 hours. (cool to lukewarm water only)
-No tanning for 48 hours (sunbathing, sun beds, or fake tans).
-No exercising for 48 hours
-Avoid scratching or touching the waxed area.
-Wear clean, loose-fitting clothes.
-No shaving in between!
-Keep skin moisturized with a product recommended by your esthetician.
-Exfoliate in 48 hours and 2-3 times a week.
Get consistent and wax every 4-6 weeks for the best results!
